How to Install the Downloaded File

Follow the steps below to find your downloaded file and start the installation.

Open Your Downloads Folder

Open your computer's Downloads folder. This is normally where files downloaded from the internet are saved.

Find the Downloaded File

Look for the file you just downloaded. It may have a name similar to:

ScreenConnect.ClientSetup.msi

Run the File

Double-click the downloaded file to start the installation. If Windows asks whether you want to allow the application to make changes to your device, select Yes if you trust the file.

Complete the Installation

Follow the instructions displayed by the installer. When the installation is complete, you can open and use the application.

Tip: If you cannot find the file, check your browser's download history or search your computer for the file name.
Installation complete! You can now launch the application.
